BRINDLEY

Brindley Group are one of the largest family owned car dealer groups in the West Midlands

The shoot

The shoot for Brindley had a more corporate style than I’m typically used to. It was a two-day project; the first day focused on capturing all the interior and exterior shots of the dealerships, while the second day was dedicated to shooting rolling footage for several of the manufacturers' cars.

The dealerships

Each dealership had a different layout, which helped keep the creative energy flowing throughout the shoot. At each location, I took a few minutes to assess the space and determine the angles that best showcased its unique features.

Corporate look & feel.

We aimed to capture the feeling a customer experiences when walking through the door. One way to achieve this was by showcasing the staff in their element, engaging naturally with customers and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

On the road.

Capturing the rollers was the fun part of the shoot. Working on a live road presented its challenges, but we used radios to stay in constant communication, ensuring all maneuvers were carried out safely and smoothly.

Setting.

We had shot at this location previously, so we knew the roads inside and out. This familiarity allowed us to choose different routes tailored to each car, making the most of the landscape and road features to complement the vehicle’s style and performance.
